Overview
Out of the top 2,000 templates on Framer, only 2.25% are created by women.
Framer is an awesome no-code website platform for designers.
But I’ve noticed that the marketplace is saturated with designs for men, by men.
In fact, out of the top 2,000 templates on Framer, only 2.25% are created by women.
Newer design platforms like Framer often emerge from tech-heavy ecosystems — early adopters tend to skew male across both design and development communities. Take one look at their template marketplace and you’ll see a very uniform and dominant visual language (purple gradients and Inter H1s abound!).
I work primarily in Framer now, and all of my clients are female founders. One client even found Framer through ChatGPT’s recommendation.
So, there’s a huge gap — and even bigger potential — in the marketplace for female-led solutions.
To spotlight brilliant women showing up in a male-dominated market, here are 20 female Framer experts you should know:
Meredith Hattam A Present Force
Irem Geldry BIG Creations
Sasha Mozdir tmpl digital
Ruxandra Năstase Lunatique Design
Liana Tudakova Luna UI
Serena Tyrrell Kohi Design Studio
Elena Perini, Blossom Agency
Qianru Yang QY Design
Elizaveta Fomicheva Folizza Design
Evie Shaffer, RVR Design Co

Whether you’re a founder, designer, or developer, this matters — because diversity in design leads to richer products, more inclusive visual language, and stronger digital experiences for everyone.
